The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community is hiring an Outdoor Operations Assistant in Prior Lake, MN. You will maintain landscaping, sidewalks, parking facilities, and assist guests to ensure a welcoming environment.

This role offers a Friday-Monday schedule with 4-10 hour shifts, weekly pay, a 401(k) starting on day one, and comprehensive health benefits. Driving is a core part of the job, and safety and reliability are valued at SMSC.

Qualifications

• Valid Class D license with good driving record.
• Outside maintenance/landscape experience or equivalent (2 years).
• Ability to operate forklift or snow removal equipment or train within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and exterior cleanliness of sidewalks, parking facilities, and roadways.
• Perform winter snow removal and traffic control as needed.
• Assist guests and ensure a welcoming environment by patrolling the property and picking up litter.

Skills

Valid Class D driverers license

Landscaping experience

Snow removal equipment operation

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
