Maintains landscaping and the cleanliness of the outside property, including sidewalks, parking facilities, landscaped areas, and roadways. Responsible for winter snow removal and traffic control as needed. Additionally, assists guests and ensures a welcoming environment by routinely walking the property to pick up trash and maintain cleanliness. This role involves providing consistent and reliable support to property operations.
