Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain outdoor facilities. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, perform seasonal landscaping tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness across parking lots, sidewalks, and green spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and perform seasonal groundwork, including sidewalk care, snow removal, lawn care, shrubs & landscaping, parking lots, driveways, fencing, trash pick-up, and set-ups.
• Assist visitors with directions within the facility in a courteous manner; obtain and set up needed equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs using hand tools, small power tools, and gardening tools.
• Mow lawns with riding or push mowers; trim and edge around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks, and buildings.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE; use proper lifting techniques and safe operation of equipment.
• Seasonal snow removal.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Other routine grounds maintenance duties as assigned.
