Job summary

The Club at Crested Butte is seeking an Outside Service Attendant to support the golf operation and uphold our standards of service and member experience. You will assist with cart staging, guest interactions, and range duties in a dynamic resort setting.

This role emphasizes physical stamina, reliability, and teamwork. Prior golf course exposure is preferred; candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous golf course experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and scoop for long hours.
• Regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals.
• Work outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Stage golf carts for daily play and tournament play.
• Provide excellent service and positive interactions with members and guests.
• Ensure the cart barn is kept clean and organized.
• Attend the bag drop and assist customers with their golf bags.
• Maintain stock and inventory of practice range.
• Wash practice balls.
• Collect golf balls using range picker.
