Job summary

Twice Outside Services Attendant role supports golf operations by aiding golfers with bags, cart prep, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas. You will ensure carts are staged, clean, and ready for use, while delivering golf-related services for a seamless experience.

Responsibilities include assisting golfers, promoting club events and course conditions, marshalling carts, maintaining facilities, and coordinating with range attendants and staff to ensure top-notch member and guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and rules.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors in heat/cold and humidity.
• Lifting up to 100 lbs and physical stamina.
• Attendance reliability and flexibility for weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload bags, prep for play, assist golfers and provide etiquette guidance.
• Promote events, course conditions and information to enhance guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure cleanliness and inspect for damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, storage, practice areas, and pro shop entrance.
• Set up and manage practice areas with equipment and range balls.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters for smooth service.
• Complete daily assignments per club standards and keep areas stocked.
• Assist others as needed and complete management-assigned tasks.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety practices.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with members and staff.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in team success activities.
