Job summary

Augment is hiring a General Laborer to support day-to-day cleaning and maintenance at a busy waste and recycling facility in Sandy, Oregon. This on-site role is outdoors, active, and teamwork-focused, with PPE provided and safety as a priority.

You’ll assist with debris removal, cleaning, basic tasks for maintenance, and helping direct trucks or equipment traffic under supervision. Weekly pay and long-term opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in general labor or related outdoor work is helpful but not required.
• Able to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Physically capable of demanding tasks outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Keep yard, shop, and work areas clean and free of debris.
• Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning tasks.
• Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop.
• Support with light maintenance and landscaping duties as needed.
• Direct trucks or equipment traffic and follow safety procedures.
