Job summary

Augment is seeking a general laborer to support operations in a hands-on outdoor role. You will perform a variety of labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials under supervision.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability. Prior labor or warehouse experience is helpful, with requirements to pass background and drug screens and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED with up to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree or equivalent with up to 4 years of relevant work history.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Load and unload trucks or other vehicles.
• Dig, refill, and perform site preparation tasks.
• Assist team members with various operational duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
