Qualifications

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow customer base and store traffic.
• Meet sales goals by training sales staff and giving feedback.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction with excellent service.
• Maintain inventory, labor, and sales reports.
• Oversee price changes and gun log compliance (ATF).
• Lead store opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise merchandising and seasonal promotions.
