Job summary

Sports Basement is seeking a Staffer to lead a zone/department from the sales floor. You will work with Lead and Management to ensure daily tasks are completed, delegate roles, and uplift staff morale. You will deliver WOW customer service and model the Sports Basement experience while collaborating on displays and merchandising with the team.

Qualifications

• Retail or industry experience is preferred and leadership growth potential.
• Ability to deliver WOW customer service on the sales floor.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and staff.
• Flexibility and adaptability as day-to-day tasks vary.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
