Job summary

Arc'teryx is seeking enthusiastic brand representatives to support its products in retail environments. As a ThirdChannel Brand Rep, you will educate store staff, merchandise gear, and act as a brand advocate by sharing your knowledge and outdoor experiences.

Visits occur monthly for 1-1.5 hours; this is a 1099 independent contractor role with compensation based on hourly rates. Must have a passion for outdoor gear, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel across your territory.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience (retail preferred).
• Genuine passion for Arc'teryx gear and outdoor adventure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in visual merchandising.
• Reliable, organized, and tech-savvy.
• Comfortable installing and using the ThirdChannel app.
• Own a smart device (iOS 15.0 or Android 10.0+) with internet access.
• Have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel across your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate store associates and customers about Arc'teryx products.
• Merchandise gear to ensure optimal presentation and accessibility.
• Act as a brand advocate by sharing product knowledge and outdoor experiences.
• Lead training sessions and in-store product presentations and demos.
• Perform in-store tasks such as capturing photos, conducting inventory audits, and gathering employee insights.
