Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking enthusiastic reps to merchandise Revelyst Adventure products, educate customers and store associates, and report insights via the ThirdChannel app. This role requires a passion for outdoor gear and strong interpersonal skills.

Visits occur monthly in selected stores, with travel reimbursement. You will install visuals, update materials, report findings, and help brands optimize in-store performance. Starts at $22/hour, with pay based on market and experience.

Qualifications

• Passion for Revelyst Adventure products.
• Experience in merchandising.
• Friendly with the ability to build relationships quickly and nurture them.
• Developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously.
• Ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app and general comfort with technology.
• A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0, Android 10.0+).
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to cover a wide distance of assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store audits to report on merchandising, inventory, and competitive intelligence.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Audit and update marketing materials to align with current marketing campaign.
• Complete store visit reports, utilizing ThirdChannel's mobile app to gather and submit competitive intelligence, high-quality photos, and thorough visit reports.
