Job summary

National Garden Service, LLC is seeking a Garden Center Merchandiser for PART-TIME seasonal work at our Waterville, OH location. You will display outdoor plants, maintain product displays, water plant materials, and ensure proper signage while interacting with store personnel and customers.

Requirements include a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly, and comfort working outdoors in heat, cold, and rain.

Responsibilities

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interact with store personnel and customers
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
• Complete report for each store serviced
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
