National Garden Service is seeking a part-time Garden Center Merchandiser to service our stores in St George area. This role involves outdoor work, plant displays, water scheduling, signage, and customer interaction.

You will lift up to 30 lbs, use mobile apps for visits, and collaborate with store staff. This is a seasonal, part-time position with training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have a smartphone
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain
• Lift up to 30 lbs repetitively
• Have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to follow planograms
• Use workplace mobile apps for workflows

Responsibilities

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with floral department manager
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interacting with store personnel and customers
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management
• Complete reports for each store serviced
• Document visits using the Go Spot Check app

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
