Job summary

National Garden Service, LLC is seeking a part-time Garden Center Merchandiser to support stores in New Caney and Kingswood, TX. This role focuses on outdoor plant displays, water management, signage, and engaging with customers.

You will work outdoors in heat, cold and rain, lift up to 30 lbs, and use a smartphone to record visits with the Go Spot Check app. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Display a variety of outdoor plants and maintain product displays.
• Water all plant materials; develop a watering plan with the floral department manager.
• Ensure proper signage and maintain a safe, clean display area.
• Remove expired plant material and report for each store serviced.
• Interact with store personnel and customers; document visits using Go Spot Check.
• Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates.
• Complete report for each store serviced.
• Assemble and tear down outdoor benching; understand planograms.

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
