National Garden Service, LLC is seeking a part-time Garden Center Merchandiser to service Store 51 in Chandler and Store 72 in Gilbert, AZ. The role is outdoors, involves lifting up to 30 lbs, and requires reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include displaying plants, maintaining setups, watering, coordinating with floral and store staff, and reporting visits via the Go Spot Check app. This is a part-time, seasonal position with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in heat, cold and rain.
• Able to lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively.
• Have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Must own a smartphone and use mobile apps for visits.

Responsibilities

• Display a variety of outdoor plants.
• Maintain product displays and signage.
• Water all plant materials.
• Develop a watering plan with floral department manager.
• Ensure proper signage is in place and maintain a clean display area.
• Remove and record expired plant material.
• Interact with store personnel and customers.
• Develop positive working relationship with store management and associates.
• Complete report for each store serviced.
• Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app.

• Store 72 — 87 E Williams Field Road, Gilbert, AZ 85295

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

• Display a variety of outdoor plants
• Maintain product displays
• Water all plant materials
• Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
• Ensure proper signage is in place
• Maintain a safe and clean display area
• Remove and record expired plant material
• Interacting with store personnel and customers
