Job summary

Boise Co-Op is seeking a Front End Support Associate to keep carts available and maintain a clean, welcoming store exterior and front areas. You will work outdoors in various weather and assist cashiers by bagging groceries and helping customers to their vehicles.

This active role requires reliability, team spirit, and friendly service. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required; candidates must be 16 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Previous retail, grocery, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and organize shopping carts from parking lots and corrals.
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, snow, and wildfire smoke.
• Keep front of store, entrances, and surrounding areas clean and welcoming.
• Bag groceries and assist customers and cashiers as needed.
• Assist customers by carrying purchases to their vehicles when requested.
• Wipe surfaces, sweep, and restock napkins and other customer-use items.
