Responsibilities

• Provide accurate checkout by entering SKU, quantity, and weight into POS.
• Engage customers and offer membership information during transactions.
• Round up for the monthly sponsored nonprofit.
• Balance cash handling procedures to maintain till accuracy.
• Uphold state alcohol sale regulations.
• Assist customers at self-checkout and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean Front End and assist with stocking.
• Resolve customer issues calmly and involve leadership when needed.
