Boise Co-Op seeks a Front End Support Associate for Village Store in Meridian, ID. This part-time, hourly position involves outdoor work, cart retrieval, bagging groceries, and helping customers at the front of the store.

As a Front End Support Associate, your primary responsibility is keeping shopping carts available and the front of the store and surrounding areas clean and organized. This is an active, hands-on position that involves spending a significant amount of time outdoors in all types of weather and environmental conditions. You’ll also support our cashiers by bagging groceries and occasionally help customers take purchases to their vehicles.
This is an active, physical position requiring frequent walking, standing, pushing and retrieving shopping carts, and working both indoors and outdoors throughout the shift. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform activities including bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand and arm movements. Use of step stools or ladders and appropriate PPE may also be required.
Work is performed both inside and outside the store, with a significant portion of the position involving cart retrieval and upkeep of exterior areas. Team members must be able to work outdoors during varying seasonal weather and environmental conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wildfire smoke. The position also involves frequent interaction with customers and team members in a busy grocery store environment.
