Hercules Fence in Ashland, VA is hiring Fence Installers to join our growing team. This role covers a variety of projects from chain link to wood and ornamental fencing, requiring hard work, safety, and craftsmanship.

You will load tools, set posts, align fencing, and read blueprints, while collaborating with foremen and teammates to complete job sites efficiently and safely. We offer competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities for reliable, hands-on workers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fence installation, construction, or general labor preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Reliable, team-oriented worker with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for transport to job sites.
• Install fences to specification, ensuring quality, durability, and safety.
• Dig post holes using hand tools or power augers.
• Set and align posts securely in concrete.
• Attach fencing materials with precision.
• Operate basic power tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, or work instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Collaborate with team members and foremen; follow safety procedures.
