You will load materials, install according to specs, dig holes, set posts in concrete, and ensure safety and quality on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in fence installation, construction, or general labor (preferred).
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check (required for certain projects).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for transport to job sites.
• Install fences to specification, ensuring quality, durability, and safety.
• Dig post holes using hand tools or power augers.
• Set and align posts securely in concrete.
• Attach fencing materials with precision.
• Operate basic power tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, or work instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with foremen.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
