Job summary

Diamond Environmental Services is seeking hardworking individuals to join our team as Fence Helpers. You will assist with the installation of temporary fencing at customer locations alongside an experienced crew.

Full-time position with pay of $18.95–$22.50 per hour, plus benefits including 401(k), health, life, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in construction, fencing, landscaping is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and removal of temporary fencing.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Dig post holes and set fence posts.
• Measure and lay out fence lines.
• Assist with stretching and securing fencing.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Help maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service at job sites.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
