Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in a construction-site style environment.
• Availability for nights and weekends is strongly preferred.
• Part-time schedule and willingness to work at a Fooda client location in Memphis.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite execution of Fooda events: setup, restaurant support, customer experience, breakdown, cleanup
• Prepare service area, keep it clean, organized, and ready for customers
• Welcome restaurant partners and assist with setup and needs
• Interact with customers and provide proactive hospitality
• Keep areas clean and organized throughout shift
• Monitor restaurant setups to meet Fooda standards
• Resolve onsite issues like late arrivals or missing items
• Learn and use Fooda's technology and procedures
• Communicate issues to the Operations Manager and escalate when needed
• Jump in wherever needed to keep service moving smoothly at this busy location
