Job summary

Fooda is seeking Event Coordinators to support a growing client roster across markets in the U.S. The role involves on-site setup and teardown, serving as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés, and driving equipment and food to sites.

You will gain competency with Fooda technology and ops procedures in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have hospitality or events background, excellent customer service skills, and enjoy fast-paced teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or serving experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down events, clean equipment and site areas, ensure high quality setups.
• Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed and assist with delivery of equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues with POS, onsite technology and TV menu boards.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service and resolve problems with guests.
