Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Security Crew Member for the Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX. This opening shift role (approx. 5:30 AM–11:30 AM) focuses on monitoring and securing the venue to maintain a safe environment for employees, guests, artists, and vendors.

Most duties are outdoors, including gate openings, patrols, and screening. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, prior security or law enforcement experience preferred, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Security operations knowledge and safety procedures are preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance/exit of employees, guests, vendors, and others.
• Patrol venue premises, monitor doors and access points.
• Identify and address safety concerns professionally.
• Open/close venue gates as needed; operate screening equipment.
• Document incidents and activities as required.
• Assist with removing individuals when necessary.
• Support sustainability and waste-reduction efforts.
• Be available for at least 50% of scheduled events.
• Work outdoors for about 90% of shift; outdoor endurance required.
• Maintain Level 2 Security License or obtain within 30 days.
