Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking an Evening Porter for The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory. The role focuses on keeping backstage areas show-ready, cleaning, maintenance, and equipment support to ensure an exceptional artist experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, routine maintenance, and supporting safety and sustainability initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs., constant walking, and stairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming venue at all times; clean restrooms, fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls.
• Keep artist-facing areas clean and free of trash.
• Restock restroom paper goods and hygiene supplies as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly; clean equipment and assist with cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment during events and preventive maintenance during service periods.
• Participate in sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction and recycling.
• Perform basic machinist duties as required.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report issues to supervision.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain clean, organized workspaces.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
