Job summary

Toyota Arena in Irving, TX is seeking a dependable event staff member to support event day operations under the direction of the General Manager.

You will assist with clocking staff, directing employees and temporary workers, laundering and distributing uniforms, setting up and breaking down check-in areas and meals, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Flexible shifts include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for long periods.
• Ability to stay calm under stressful situations.
• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to listen and take direction from supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in clocking in/out.
• Direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to assigned locations.
• Launder, organize and distribute uniforms.
• Collect uniforms at the end of the event.
• Set up and break down check in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed.
• Ensure all associates are following safety protocols.
• Support any other tasks as assigned.
