Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Dallas, TX is seeking a security professional to maintain safety for staff, artists, vendors, and guests, and to create a positive experience for diverse audiences.

You will monitor for hazards, enforce policies, conduct ID checks and metal detector screening, and lead emergency evacuations; a flexible schedule and strong communication are essential.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work late hours, and respect for all cultures and performances.

Qualifications

• Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule.
• Experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and removing hazards.
• Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
• Lead guests and employees in emergency evacuation procedures.
• Inspect every guest with a metal detector or pat-down search to prevent weapons.
• Enforce House policy regarding photos/videos/recording devices.
• Safeguard against theft and property damage.
• Communicate clearly using radios, hand signals and flashlights.
• Remain in constant contact throughout the shift.
• Attend pre-shift meeting with Manager on Duty.
