Job summary

Denali Water Solutions is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Salisbury, MD facility. You will operate tractors, loaders, forklifts, and related equipment to move materials, load trucks, and keep the site running safely and efficiently.

This hands-on role requires basic mechanical skills, the ability to troubleshoot equipment, and the stamina to perform physical tasks outdoors. Weekend work, overtime, and schedule changes may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating tractors, loaders, forklifts or similar equipment.
• Basic mechanical skills including preventive maintenance.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to work weekends/overtime when required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractors, loaders, forklifts, and other equipment to support daily operations.
• Move raw materials and finished products, and load or unload trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report maintenance concerns.
• Perform routine maintenance such as checking fluids, greasing components, and replacing filters.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete minor repairs to small engines, tractors, production equipment, and trailers.
• Assist with basic trailer repairs involving lights, tires, and wiring.
• Perform general labor, including lifting, shoveling, raking, sweeping, and site cleanup.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all company safety procedures.
