Job summary

Denali Water Solutions Llc in San Bernardino, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, or forklifts. This full-time, hourly role emphasizes safety, routine maintenance, and precise operation, with a safety-sensitive designation.

You will follow safety standards, complete field logs and DVIRs, monitor equipment, and support projects across industrial and agricultural settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ability to read, write and follow instructions in English.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods; able to lift up to 50 lbs; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the applicator by injecting approved material on permitted fields and maintain environmental compliance.
• Obey and flag buffered zones on permitted fields before application.
• Pull soil samples and have soil analysis completed before moving onto a new field.
• Record and subtract loads applied in the field log after every application.
• Use best management practices to ensure proper land treatment and respect owner property.
• Monitor land usage and frac tank levels; report to the manager daily.
• Maintain accurate field paperwork (Field Logs; DVIRs; Environmental Logs).
• Inspect and maintain equipment in the field; address malfunctions and repairs.
• Complete Gator DVIR daily; follow Terragator PM Schedule for service and greasing.
• Inform Area Manager of all equipment issues; maintain a safe work environment and PPE usage.
• Report spills to management immediately.
