Job summary

NextLink in Hudson Oaks, Texas is seeking an Electrician/Installer to layout sites and install electrical runs, including PVC, rigid, and EMT. The role requires timely, professional work, and a strong safety mindset in outdoor environments.

Key duties include handling equipment, loading, trenching, wiring, and setting cabinets and bases. Candidates must be able to work at heights, pass background checks, and maintain documentation; travel up to half the time is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with digging trenches and installing conduits is preferred.
• Ability to climb towers and work at heights up to 200 ft.
• Must pass drug screening and a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload equipment and material.
• Dig trenches or run underground electrical conduit.
• Set poles and meter bases; install cabinets and electrical services.
• Climb roofs and towers; work at elevated heights.
• Take pictures of final work and provide turnover documentation.
• Travel up to 50% and possibly overnight as required.
