Trekitt, a leading UK outdoor retailer, is seeking an eCommerce Specialist & Content Producer to craft compelling product descriptions and SEO-focused content for the Trekitt website. You’ll research outdoor gear, translate technical specs into clear copy, and collaborate with marketing, suppliers and brands.

You will also contribute to buying guides, blogs, and category content, while maintaining homepage banners and collection pages.

Qualifications

Excellent written English and the ability to produce clear, engaging copy.
A genuine passion for the outdoors and outdoor gear.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Understanding of eCommerce and how good content improves the customer journey.
Good understanding of SEO and content for organic search.
Strong research skills and willingness to learn about products and tech.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain high-quality content across the Trekitt website in collaboration with Marketing, suppliers, and brands.
Turn technical data into customer-friendly copy and engaging product descriptions.
Add and maintain products in the CMS with accurate data and imagery.
Develop SEO-focused copy for collection and category pages for search engines and users.
Write buying guides, blogs and other content to help customers choose products.
Create and manage homepage banners, landing pages and collection pages.
