Job summary

Augment in Hagerstown, MD is hiring Driver Helpers to join our environmental services team. This full-time, outdoor role keeps you active, moving through neighborhoods to assist drivers on waste and recycling routes.

You will lift and load containers, operate the lifting mechanism when trained, and ensure safe collection at each stop. Background checks are required; weekly pay and a clear path for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Dependable candidate available for early morning shifts.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and moving for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop in an outdoor setting.
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
