Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and referrals.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations; articulate customer needs and solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in your market.
