Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• 0–1 year of supervisory/lead experience in a manufacturing or related setting.
• Must be able to lift cylinders up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and lead a shift in processing cylinders.
• Sort, inspect, clean, label, and refill empty cylinders to meet daily goals.
• Ensure safety codes are followed and PPE usage is enforced.
• Pre-train new personnel and monitor workflow in the production center.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain quality and achieve distribution targets.
