Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a working lead to supervise cylinder processing and oversee the shift’s production output. You will ensure safety compliance and PPE usage while coordinating with associates on the production line.

Required are a high school diploma and 0–1 year of supervisory/lead experience in manufacturing; forklift certification is a plus, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in any weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be safety focused and comply with safety codes and PPE requirements.
• Pre-training of new personnel and monitor workflow in the production center.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of production: sort, inspect, clean, label, and refill cylinders.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and policies and PPE usage.
• Pre-train new personnel and monitor workflow in the production center.
• Maintain consistent cylinder quality during processing.
• Meet daily cylinder distribution and shipment goals.
• Collaborate with staff to achieve production targets.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
