Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Arlington, TX is hiring a Production Worker for the outside production area of the cylinder exchange facility. You will process 20 lb barbecue grill cylinders and support daily shipments.

The role requires standing 8–12 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adhering to safety protocols. A HS diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred and forklift certification beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years work experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain required state licensing.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders.
• Maintain a safety focus at all times and wear the proper PPE.
• Ensure the consistent quality of cylinders are being processed.
• Load filled cylinders onto the trucks for the next day's shipments.
• Ability to stand and walk 8 – 12 hours per day.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Perform general housekeeping duties.
