Job summary

Whitetail Hill in Alabama is building a media side and seeks a Creative Content Lead to work alongside our full-time videographer and designer, taking direction from the founder on content that gets watched and sells products.

You will own the content calendar, YouTube episodes, and social channels, write hooks and scripts, turn long videos into shorts, launch our podcast, and push fast with AI while keeping human judgment.

Qualifications

• Experience growing a YouTube/outdoors channel with demonstrable results.
• Ability to write in a hunter’s voice, not in marketing jargon.
• Proven track record of delivering weekly content.
• Strong direction-taking and ability to push back with better ideas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run the content calendar every week.
• Own YouTube: episode ideas, titles, thumbnails, packaging.
• Run our social accounts and grow them.
• Write hooks, scripts, and briefs our videographer shoots from.
• Turn long videos into short clips and ads that sell.
• Help launch and run our podcast.
• Watch the numbers (ours and competitors) and act on insights.
• Use AI tools to move faster, without losing critical thinking.
