Buffalo Roam Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a creative, organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to own our daily social media presence and content production.

This hands-on role plans, shoots, edits, publishes, and evaluates content that builds brand awareness, engages customers, and supports sales. The successful candidate will manage a content calendar, produce photography and video, coordinate shoots, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate business

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong social media content required.
• Proficiency in photography, video capture, and editing.
• Strong writing skills with consistent brand voice.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and execute projects independently.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and publishing tools.
• Experience with apparel/outdoor/consumer brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own BRO’s day-to-day social media presence and content production.
• Plan, shoot, edit, publish, and evaluate content to build brand awareness and support sales.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with launches, promotions, events, and priorities.
• Create photography, short-form video, graphics, captions for BRO’s channels.
• Coordinate shoots, locations, participants, products, and schedules.
• Manage daily publishing, comments, and DMs; route issues to the right team.
• Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to turn priorities into content.
