Job summary

Rine Landscape Group, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Landscape Construction Team Leader to guide a two-person crew on high‑end landscape and hardscape installs.

You will read blueprints and CAD drawings, delegate tasks, and coordinate on-site execution with the Production Manager. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as a landscape team leader, strong communication, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and knowledge of stonework, masonry, lighting, irrigation, and planting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; horticulture degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years landscape team leader experience (degree may substitute).
• Able to read/write; understands horticultural and hardscaping practices.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets landscaping blueprints and CAD drawings and executes the plan.
• Operates a variety of mechanical equipment as listed in the job description.
• On-site lead for large high-end landscape construction jobs (stone, masonry, pools, lighting, irrigation).
• Interacts with clients, answers questions, and conducts job walk-throughs.
• Completes time tracking, change orders, material requisitions and tickets.
• Plans, organizes, and ensures timely resource availability and safety.
• Leads and trains a two-person team, addresses on-site personnel issues.
• Maintains equipment, reports repairs, performs snow removal as needed.
