Job summary

Greenrise Technologies in Tennessee is seeking a Crew Lead-Driver to guide field crews on erosion control and related projects, and to operate the work truck between sites. The role requires leading by example and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on every job.

You will set safety standards, coach crew members, ensure accurate time sheets, and coordinate with the superintendent to meet schedules and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements (Required).
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage a crew in the field.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and proper procedures.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Professional interaction with superintendent, customers, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction schedules with the superintendent.
• Drive company truck to and from worksites and ensure road safety.
• Lead crew meetings to reinforce safety and field procedures.
• Complete time sheets and work sheets accurately for payroll and invoicing.
• Monitor equipment status and coordinate maintenance with supervisors.
