Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to supervise a crew.
• Maintains safety and quality standards on job sites.
• Communicates effectively with the superintendent, crew, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction schedules with the superintendent.
• Drive company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Meet with each crew member to review safety practices and procedures.
• Ensure accurate time sheets and work sheets are completed for payroll and invoicing.
• Monitor equipment status and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
