Greenrise Technologies, headquartered in Tennessee, seeks a Crew Lead-Driver to guide field crews and operate company vehicles between worksites. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and reliable execution of field tasks under the supervision of the site superintendent.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, maintain schedules, and ensure proper timekeeping, safety compliance, and accurate reporting for payroll and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements (Required).
• Maintain and encourage good relationships with crew and customer's field staff.
• Represent the company professionally to superintendent, customers, office, field staff, and VP.

Responsabilités

• Lead crew to complete field work alongside the superintendent.
• Drive company work truck to/from worksites and follow traffic laws.
• Hold periodic meetings with crew to reinforce safety and proper field procedures.
