Job summary

Greenrise Technologies in Tennessee seeks a hands-on Crew Lead-Driver to guide field crews and operate a company work truck on projects. You will be responsible for the work and conduct of the crew, leading by example to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of field tasks.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating maintenance, and upholding strong customer relations while ensuring accurate timekeeping and adherence to company safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record.
• Maintain and encourage good relationships with the crew and with the customer’s field staff.
• Professionally represent the company in interactions with the superintendent, customers, office and field staff.
• Serve as an example of integrity, ingenuity, and honesty.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and ensure crew follow them.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction schedules with the superintendent.
• Drive Company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Meet periodically with each crew member to ensure understanding of proper and safe practices.
• Conduct meetings on safety guidelines, field procedures, and timesheets, among other items.
• Fill out time sheets and work sheets for invoicing and payroll.
• Review equipment status for the crew and coordinate maintenance or repairs with mechanics.
