Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with crew and customers' field staff.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with staff and customers.
• Lead by example with integrity, ingenuity, and honesty.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure crew follows them.
• Demonstrate strong time management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction schedules with the superintendent.
• Drive company work truck to and from worksites, obeying traffic laws.
• Hold regular meetings with crew to review safety and field procedures.
• Ensure time sheets and work sheets are accurately filled for invoicing and payroll.
• Monitor equipment status and coordinate maintenance with mechanics.
