Qualifications

• Experience in construction, concrete, farming, ranching, or agricultural work preferred.
• Capable of performing physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather.
• Able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work day or night shifts, including Saturdays if required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete operations including forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup
• Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup
• Operate hand tools and small equipment as directed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe jobsite
• Work collaboratively with foremen, operators, and crew members
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs
