Job summary

You will perform physically demanding tasks, assist with forming, pouring, finishing, and site cleanup, and work with foremen and crew members to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, farming, ranching, or agricultural work is a plus.
• Comfort with physically demanding outdoor work and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work day or night shifts, including Saturdays if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete operations including forming, pouring, finishing, and cleanup.
• Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, lifting, carrying materials, and site cleanup.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment as directed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe jobsite.
• Work collaboratively with foremen, operators, and crew members.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project needs.
