Job summary

TEEMA is seeking skilled Carpenters & Installers to join our field operations in the Calgary area. You will construct and install high-end outdoor living solutions, read blueprints, and lead small crews on site across residential and commercial projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Journeyperson Carpenter designation or are 3rd/4th-year apprentices with relevant experience. Wages range from $25.00 to $35.00 CAD per hour, with overtime, bonus opportunities, and a Health Spending Account.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Carpenter designation ideal; 3rd or 4th-year apprentices welcome.
• Strong background in general construction and carpentry.
• Ability to read plans accurately and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Execution: Assemble and install outdoor living solutions such as pergolas, louvered roofs, enclosures, and screens.
• Blueprint Translation: Interpret project blueprints and site measurements for accurate installs.
• Site & Tool Management: Safely operate tools and keep sites organized and professional.
• Client Relations: Be a professional point of contact for homeowners and site managers during installation.
• Team Leadership: Guide junior crew members and coordinate with Project Managers to meet deadlines.
