Job summary

GO Car Wash in Gardner, KS seeks an Assistant General Manager to support daily site operations, uphold standards, and lead teammates. You will partner with the Site General Manager to ensure a clean, safe, and customer-friendly car wash experience.

Outdoor, active role with opportunities to grow within a fast-growing national operator. Previous car wash or service-industry experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations.
• Help meet inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards to deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Address customer claims when they occur and resolve issues.
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing and developing teammates, leading by example.
• Work outdoors in a fun, active environment and help grow the business.
