Job summary

GO Car Wash is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the Site General Manager in daily operations at our Kansas City location. You’ll lead a team, ensure smooth service, and drive customer satisfaction while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll also assist with hiring, training, and coaching teammates, manage inventory and equipment, and address customer concerns to maintain an outstanding car wash experience for guests and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site General Manager with daily car wash operations.
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Ensure inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards.
• Address customer claims and deliver a consistent, excellent customer experience.
