GO Car Wash in Gardner, KS is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily car wash operations and partner with the Site General Manager to deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across all shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop teammates, organize time and tasks, and lead by example to drive sales growth while maintaining safety, equipment, and site standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business.
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with daily car wash operations.
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop teammates.
• Ensure inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards.
